The stars shine so bright
in the pupil of your eye;
foretelling your fate
on that night.
To shine as a star might.
Amazing and lovely
to all those who see.

that bright someday,
you’ll see.

He opened his heart
and I saw the light.
I opened my heart
and knew it was right.

I did not fight
his eyes that drew me in.
I did not scare
at the truth within.

I saw the love
that was within
and I was head over heels
with him.
